HCC Hawk Run - 5K & 1 Mile GLOW RUNDescription
In 2016 a group of passionate students from the HCC American Medical Student Association Pre-Health Chapter along with their club advisor, created a run/walk they coined the HCC Hawk Run. The HCC Hawk Run is a chip timed 5K with a 1-mile option. The purpose of the event is to raise funds for scholarships for our students in need and to also promote health and wellness for those at the College and in our surrounding communities. This year we are excited to announce that our 8th Annual HCC Hawk Run will take place on Saturday, October 21, 2023. The virtual run/walk option will be held from October 21 through October 28. The in-person event will kick off at 6:00 p.m. at the HCC Brandon Campus. The College also hosts a Health and Wellness Fair at the event.
