Join us on Friday, April 19th from 12:00 pm-1:00 pm ET for a virtual Lunch & Learn: Building Trust While Leveraging Empathy.
The Challenge
Although America is growing in diversity and tolerance, Americans tend to be segregated and isolated in their respective communities. This makes it difficult to understand and identify with people of difference.
The Opportunity
This course walks participants through a series of activations centered on building community through empathy. Empathy is the intentional practice of understanding, being sensitive to, and co-laboring with the experiences, feelings, and thoughts of another person. Empathy that is not cultivated, languishes. The purpose of this session is to empower participants with actionable tools to bridge gaps and engender trust in both their personal and professional lives.
