As the Chief Payments Officer at FruxPay, I align with strategic partners who share my vision of empowering and simplifying business ownership through merchant processing. I leverage my expertise in direct sales, consultative selling, and sales presentations to build strong relationships with clients and partners and deliver value-added solutions that meet their needs and expectations.

In my current role, I oversee the sales, marketing, and product development strategies for FruxPay. We offer cloud-based business solutions for merchant services, business lending, and payroll. My passion is to help by implementing innovative and scalable solutions that address the pain points and opportunities of the payments landscape.

D. Cassie Bermudez Engel is a native-Floridian, and Cuban American, who has resided throughout the State of Florida.  She attended the University of South Florida on full academic scholarship, earning degrees in Criminology and Political Science, and graduating in 2006. She then attended the University of Miami School of Law (UM) where she was vice president of the Association of Caribbean Law Students and actively participated in the moot court board.  During her time at UM, she clerked for the Honorable Judge Paul Huey in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit. She also worked as a law clerk for a prestigious Miami-Dade County civil litigation firm.  Cassie graduated from UM in 2009 and immediately began her litigation career. 

Cassie has spent more than a decade handling all aspects of insurance defense litigation, focusing on Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims, fraudulent insurance claims, and bodily injury claims.  She has worked at small boutique law firms, in house for major insurance carriers, and most recently as a partner at a large nationwide practice.  She has served as lead counsel on thousands of cases statewide.

Cassie now contributes this knowledge and experience for the benefit of medical professionals and injured individuals. She is zealous about obtaining the best financial outcome for her clients and supporting them while they navigate the difficult terrain of insurance claims and personal injuries. 

Hanforft "Han" Bautista has always been interested in real estate. Growing up, he learned about the industry and its intricacies from his father, a real estate investor. After coming to the United States from the Dominican Republic as a young child, Han joined the New York City Fire Department / Emergency Medical Services and dedicated over a decade's worth of service to the constituents of the region including serving in Ground Zero during 9/11. However, his passion ran much deeper as inspired by the desire to be part of something bigger and better. The idea of helping others in the buying, selling, and investing in real estate is what inspired him to make the transition into the real estate industry. Han is proficient in the purchasing and management of single and multifamily properties and has leveraged his expertise over the years to help many people including his friends and family find their ideal homes. His persistence in excellence, coupled with his hands-on approach, has facilitated his flexibility and adaptability in giving each client the attention they deserve in order to effectively match their individual needs. His ability to appreciate, evaluate, and market homes distinguish Han as an asset to everyone he works with. He values relationships over transactions, with an undeterred focus on protecting their best interests, and remains certified as an EMT. During his free time, Han can be found enjoying the diverse pleasures of the outdoors -- off-road, boating, and fishing with his family.
